　　这学期我们每天都有活动课，活动课上老师总让我们跳绳。刚开始，我不会跳绳，于是我放弃了跳绳。

　　This semester we have activity class every day. In activity class, the teacher always let us jump rope. At first, I couldn't jump rope, so I gave up jumping rope.

　　有一次，高老师见我不会跳，就手把手地给我教，还不断地鼓励我。久而久之，我不但学会了跳绳，而且还会花样跳绳呢：正跳、倒跳、单腿跳……老师，谢谢您教会了我怎样跳绳。

　　Once, seeing that I can't jump, Miss Gao taught me and encouraged me constantly. As time goes by, I not only learned to jump rope, but also can jump rope in different patterns: forward jump, backward jump, single leg jump Teacher, thank you for teaching me how to jump rope.
