　　今天，我们一家人去游泳馆游泳。

　　Today, my family went swimming in the swimming pool.

　　我们先在爸爸的带领下，坐了一会儿准备活动，接着，我和爸爸就下水了，不一会儿，妈妈和姐姐也下来了。

　　We sat for a while to prepare for the activity under the guidance of dad. Then, dad and I went into the water. Soon, mom and sister also came down.

　　我们先是自由地游了一会儿，我和姐姐互相泼水玩。后来我提议我们来比赛游泳，看谁最先游到岸边。我和爸爸让姐姐和妈妈五秒钟。
