我学会了做菜英语日记

　　星期天，爸爸、妈妈都没在家。我玩着玩着就饿了。我想，以前都是吃父母做的饭菜，今天我一定要自己做一次菜。

　　On Sunday， neither father nor mother was at home。 I'm hungry playing。 I think I used to eat the food my parents cooked。 Today， I must cook it by myself。

　　我先把肉洗好，然后放在菜板上用力的切，切得大的大，小的小，一点也不均匀，不过没事，反正切成块了。我又切了一些葱花、姜丝。之后把液化气打开，锅烧干了，把油倒进锅里。油热了以后，我把调料放入，只听“嗤”的一声，我赶紧往后退了一步。过了一会儿，我看没事儿了，又开始把肉放里炒。炒着炒着，“铃…铃…”是来电话的声音，我就急忙接电话了。接完电话，我一闻，不妙，菜都糊了。我整个人就像泄了气的皮球似的，坐在沙发上。我想着妈妈平时是怎么做的，我明白了，做菜不能分心呀！接着我鼓足勇气再做一次，终于成功了，肉还挺香的。吃饱了，爸爸妈妈也回来了。我跟妈妈说了整个过程，妈妈说：“你是不是觉得自己做的东西很好吃？”我说：“嗯。”妈妈说：“我儿子长大了，会做菜了。”

　　I wash the meat first， then put it on the kitchen board and cut it forcefully。 It's big and small， not even at all， but it's OK。 Anyway， it's cut into pieces。 I also cut some scallion and ginger。 Then turn on the liquefied gas， the pot is dry， and pour the oil into the pot。 When the oil is hot， I put the seasoning in and just listened to the "hiss"。 I quickly stepped back。 After a while， I think it's OK。 I start to fry the meat again。 Stir fry， "bell Bell。。。 " It's the voice of a phone call， so I hurried to answer it。 After answering the phone， I smell it。 It's not good。 It's all mushy。 I was sitting on the sofa like a deflated ball。 I think about how my mother usually does it。 I see。 I can't be distracted when cooking！ Then I summoned up my courage to do it again， and finally I succeeded。 The meat was delicious。 When I'm full， my parents are back。 I told my mother the whole process， and she said， "do you think your food is delicious？" I said， "well。" My mother said， "my son has grown up and can cook。"

　　我终于会做菜了，我太高兴了。

　　I can cook at last。 I'm so happy。
