　　今天，吃晚饭的时候，爸爸做的菠菜汤我不爱吃，要吐出菠菜，爸爸说：“吃菠菜有营养，只有不挑食，才能长得又快又壮。”

　　Today, when I was having dinner, I didn't like the spinach soup made by my father. I had to spit out spinach. My father said: "eating spinach is nutritious. Only when I'm not picky, can I grow fast and strong."

　　听了爸爸的话我觉得有道理，于是把汤里的菠菜都吃了。我想我要变成春天的小树快快长大。
