　　五一假的时候，我有一个朋友不小心受伤了，挺严重的，手都骨折了。

　　During the May Day holiday， a friend of mine was injured accidentally。 It was very serious。 His hand was broken。

　　为此我特地去喂了他一碗“心灵鸡汤”，让他做事情小心点，毕竟安全最重要嘛。

　　For this reason， I specially fed him a bowl of "soul chicken soup" and asked him to do things carefully。 After all， safety is the most important thing。

　　所以在这里，我也要提醒大家注意安全，安全第一嘛。

　　So here， I also want to remind you to pay attention to safety， safety first。
