　　今天我回到家里看见妈妈在做饺子，我就去观察了一下，妈妈先把面粉用热水冲好，在用筷子搅拌，不一会儿，面粉就变成了一大团，过了一会儿，妈妈从上面拿下来一点搓成了一个圆形，在把那个圆形做成一个像碗一样的东西，把里面放一点蔬菜，然后再把面粉捏住，一只饺子就做好了，我看见妈妈做的那么轻松，也去试了一下，可是我第一只破了，但是我第二只却做好了。

　　Today, I came back home and saw my mother making dumplings. I went to observe. My mother first washed the flour with hot water, and then stirred it with chopsticks. Soon, the flour became a big ball. After a while, my mother took a little from it and rubbed it into a circle. Then she made the circle into a bowl like thing, put some vegetables in it, and then put the flour into a bowl Hold it, a dumpling is ready. I saw my mother make it so easy. I tried it, but the first one broke, but the second one was ready.

　　我终于学会做饺子了。

　　I finally learned how to make dumplings.
