　　在阳光明媚的七月天，我们迎来了初中以来唯一一次连续3天的军训。

　　In the sunny July, we ushered in the only three consecutive days of military training since junior high school.

　　当第一缕阳光探进我床边的窗时，我早已兴奋地起了床，虔诚地穿好校服，戴好红领巾，早早地到了学校。路上的风景如此得赏心悦目。大概在9点左右，我们就到达了国防教育训练中心。

　　When the first ray of sunshine came into the window beside my bed, I got up excited, put on my school uniform and red scarf religiously, and arrived at school early. The scenery on the road is so pleasant. Around 9 o'clock, we arrived at the national defense education and training center.

　　高大的楼房，干净的环境，严肃又可爱的教练尤其使我记忆犹新。教练耐心地教导我们，使我们受益匪浅。

　　Tall buildings, clean environment, serious and lovely coaches make my memory fresh. We benefited a lot from the coach's patient teaching.
