　　今天是跑步的第一天，早晨6点，我准时起床，漱洗完后，我和妈妈一起去公园慢跑，公园里晨练的人真多，有的打羽毛球，有的打太极拳，有的跳健身操，看到这场景，我和妈妈也赶紧行动起来，刚开始的时候我还冲劲十足，跑着跑着我就不行了，两条小腿肚涨得疼，步子也迈不开了，头发、衣服都汗湿了，妈妈看我几乎成快走了，赶紧给我打气：“坚持到底就是胜利。”在妈妈的鼓励下，我张着嘴喘着气终于跑到了终点。
