Yesterday was Sunday and it was a nice day.My friend and I took a trip to the zoo in our city.Early in the moring,we met at the school gate and started out at about 8:00am.We went by bus and got to the zoo at about 8:30.There were many people in the zoo,men and women,boys and girls were everywhere.We went to the monkey hills to watch the monkeys first.They were very cute,jumping here and there.Then we went to see the elepants.There were several elephants standing on the ground like a wall.All are very big.Later we saw some tigers that are very violent with a very big mouth.
We were glad to see so many animals though we were tired.What a nice day!

It was Saturday，just before May Day。 My classmates and I went to the park nearby，we didnt go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor。
We got there at 9：00。 We were divided into three groups and then began working。 The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers。 The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches。 The group I was in got to the Childrens Playground and wiped all the equipment clean。 We worked very hard。 At 11：00，when all the work was finished up，all my classmates met again。 Although everyone was in a sweat，yet we felt happy because we had done good job。

On the way back to the hotel,we went shopping for presents.In the evening it rained.We all stayed in the hotel and played table tennis.We had a good time today.

On that day people usually go back home to have family reunion. Each family will have the members get together to have a big dinner. The most popular food is moon cakes. They are round and look like the moon.The moon is the brightest this night. People eat the delicious food while they are enjoying a beautiful full moon in their yard. At this time, some old people would like to tell many past events and tell the children a story about the rabbit on the moon . The children really believe that there is a rabbit on the moon. They hope to go to the moon and have a look one day.

农历八月十五日是中秋节，在中国它是最重要的传统节日之一。

这个周末，爸爸、妈妈还有小爸爸带着我和姐姐，准备去机场疗养院过一个快乐的周末。
This weekend, my father, my mother and my little father took my sister and I to the airport sanatorium for a happy weekend.
在去的路上，我看见路两边有高大的树木，大街上车水马龙，人来人往可热闹了。到了郊区，那里有大片绿油油的麦田，好像一块块地毯，我真想在上面舒舒服服的睡一觉。
On the way to go, I saw tall trees on both sides of the road. The streets were crowded with people. When I got to the suburbs, there were lots of green wheat fields, like carpets. I really wanted to sleep comfortably on them.
到了机场疗养院，我们放下行李就去附近的鱼塘钓鱼。走进鱼场，看到两个大大的鱼塘，鱼塘四周有绿绿的.树、青青的草，还有我最喜欢的摇摇椅。开始钓鱼了，我和姐姐给鱼钩上挂上鱼饵，使劲的将鱼线扔到水中，然后开始静静的等着鱼儿上钩，我们钓了半个小时一条鱼也没钓上，可妈妈却在我们玩的时候静静的钓了4条鱼。通过钓鱼，我明白了做事情要有始有终，要持之以恒，不能像小猫钓鱼那样，做事情三心二意。
When we arrived at the airport sanatorium, we put down our luggage and went fishing in the nearby fish pond. Walking into the fish farm, I saw two big fish ponds surrounded by green trees, green grass and my favorite rocking chair. I started fishing. My sister and I put bait on the hook and threw the line into the water. Then we waited for the fish to hook quietly. We fished for half an hour without catching a fish, but my mother fished 4 fish quietly while we were playing. Through fishing, I learned to do things from beginning to end, to persevere, not like kitten fishing, do things with two minds.
晚上我们坐在鱼塘边，吃着自己钓上来的鱼，我和姐姐觉得这个周末玩得可真开心。

第二天是正月初一，我高高兴兴和爸爸妈妈一起去逛大街，拿着压岁钱买了一辆摇控汽车，漆黑的颜色，我爱不释手。充满电后，便在广场上痛痛快快地玩了起来，只要打开开关，摇控器一指挥，车子就飞快地跑起来。和别人的.车相比起来我的车总是名列前茅，勇夺贵冠。
寒假生活十分短暂，我却非常开心，因为我有小汽车陪伴，又过了一个新年，我又长大了一岁，今年的寒假对我来说是最最快乐的。
