转眼间，又到大年三十了。平时用“包饺器”包饺子的我也想向妈妈那样手工包饺子。
吃完了晚饭，妈妈、爸爸开始准备起“饺子宴”来，妈妈和面，爸爸拌馅儿。我看着正在和面的妈妈，问道：“妈妈，你能教我包饺子吗？”“可以啊如果你愿意学的话。”妈妈回答说。我高兴得蹦了起来。
妈妈先从面团上揪下一块面，捏成一个个小圆饼，妈妈告诉我这叫作“记子”。只见妈妈把一个“记子”放在面板上，左手握住它的边缘，右手拿起擀面杖用力擀起来，每擀几下转一个方向，一会儿一张圆圆的饺子皮儿就擀好了。我也照着妈妈的.样子试了试，可不是把这地方擀薄了，就是把那地方擀破了。最后妈妈让我今天先学包饺子，以后再学擀皮。
